ABSTRACT
OBJECTIVE: To develop an effective and reasonable performance appraisal management system in outpatient pharmacy so as to motivate staff's working enthusiasm. METHODS: A quantified appraisal management system was established in which personal rewards and punishments were taken into fully consideration. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: Due to the practice of performance appraisal management system, the working efficiency and the grade of service quality in outpatient pharmacy have been greatly enhanced, personal responsibility at each post has been reinforced, and the incidences of mistakes and accidents have been reduced.

OBJECTIVE: To explore the effective way for the development of hospital pharmaceutical care. METHODS: We analyzed and summarized the problems appeared in the practical work and the factors influencing pharmaceutical care. RESUL-TS & CONCLUSION: The factors that influence pharmaceutical care mainly consist of policy, idea, specialty and method. Att-aching great importance and having a clear understanding to the above factors is the key to facilitate the successful development of hospital pharmaceutical care.
ABSTRACT
OBJECTIVE:To prepare ornidazole-?-cyclodextrin inclusion compound and establish its quality control method.METHODS:The ornidazole-?-cyclodextrin inclusion compound was prepared by saturated water solution method and the content was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.RESULTS:The finished preparation was confirmed to be ornidazole-?-cyclodextrin inclusion compound under the microscope.The detection concentration range of ornidazole was5.1～20.5?g/ml(r=0.9999);the average recovery rate was101.52%,RSD=1.4%.CONCLUSION:This preparation method is practicable;the finished preparation is stable in quality and the established quality control method is simple,reliable.

OBJECTIVE:To analysis the premier factor in formulating the fingerprint chromatography of Chinese medicinal materials METHODS:The fingerprint chromatograms of Chinese medicinal materials of different origins of breed variety and growth areas were compared RESULTS:There was obvious disparity in fingerprint chromatograms among Chinese medicinal materials of different origins of breed variety and growth areas CONCLUSION:Implementing GAP can ensure good quality of Chinese medicinal materials and is the key to formulate standard fingerprint chromatograms of Chinese medicinal materials
